Bright, high-strength dyes for wool, silk, nylon and leather — with shades from deep black to fluorescent yellow.

About acid dyes

Brilliant Shades on Wool, Silk, Nylon and Leather

Acid dyes are water-soluble anionic dyes applied from an acidic bath. They bond with the amino groups in protein and polyamide fibres, giving bright, clear shades on wool, silk, nylon and leather.

They are also used to colour paper, inks, wood stains and a range of industrial products. Levelling and fastness vary between grades, so choose according to your substrate and end use.
